Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Project Supervision and Administration of Historic Preservation Projects: Provide supervision, administration, mockups, protection, and treatment procedures in accordance with the construction documents. 2. Selective Demolition: Removal of existing damaged stone, historically incongruous railings, and contemporary lighting. 2. Masonry Repair for a Historic Site: Repointing, resetting, replacement, and cleaning of historic masonry retaining walls, columns, pavers. Removal of coatings and replacement of terracotta breeze blocks. 4. Roof Repair in a Historic Site: Repair of the existing terracotta and slate roof per the contract documents. 5. Wood Repair and Replacement in a Historic Building: Restoration of the sun houses including new railings, wood trim, soffits, and structural repair of existing roof framing members. 6. Light Fixture Installation in a Historic Building: Installation of new building mounted lighting on the historic sun houses.
