Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1. Project Management Perform all work necessary to coordinate project development, maintain project schedule and budget, facilitate stakeholder engagement, create final project deliverables, and manage a Project Management Team (PMT). This includes, but is not limited to, regular updates to County staff, stakeholder identification, and the development of a detailed work plan that includes a timeline of tasks and milestones. Suggested deliverable: A detailed project work plan; regular check-ins and written biweekly updates of progress sent via email to county Project Manager. 3.1.2. Environmental Scan Visit and audit county locations and conduct interviews with key stakeholders to gather an accurate and insightful picture of the existing conditions of signage and wayfinding across all county facilities. Suggested deliverable: An environmental scan report detailing the findings from site visits and interviews that outlines existing conditions and identifies gaps in the current county system. 3.1.3. Needs Assessment Using a DEI lens, assess the county’s signage and wayfinding needs, identify gaps in the current signage and wayfinding ecosystem, and engage with stakeholders – both internally with county staff and externally with users from community – to learn about user behavior, needs, preferences. Suggested deliverable: A needs assessment detailing the results of the consultant’s research and stakeholder engagement.
