Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall perform corrective and preventative maintenance services in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s recommendations for each piece of instrumentation and equipment listed in Attachment 2, Columbia WWTP Instrumentation Log. If the applicable manufacturer’s recommendations do not exist for a piece of equipment, the contractor shall provide, at a minimum, annual corrective and preventative maintenance services for each piece of instrumentation and equipment listed herein. The contractor shall understand and agree that the City may continually update Attachment 2 throughout the duration of the contract and the contractor shall provide the corrective and preventative maintenance services for all additional pieces of instrumentation and equipment that will be included in the Attachment 2. The corrective and preventative maintenance shall include but not be limited to 1) inspection; 2) calibration; and 3) cleaning and lubrication of equipment, as appropriate for each piece of equipment. The contractor shall also perform corrective work including replacement of worn or defective parts from the City’s stock. If parts are not available from the City stock, the contractor’s staff shall provide the City staff with parts description for ordering purposes. The contractor shall arrive onsite on a quarterly basis, beginning thirty (30) days after the Notice to Proceed, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between the contractor and the City’s staff.
