The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Upgrade MEP Systems/Partial Interior Renovation � Geneva Food Research Lab project at the Cornell AgriTech Campus in Geneva. The Geneva Food Research Lab, constructed in 1960, is an 84,063 GSF, 4 story building. The project is a partial interior renovation of laboratory space and replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at the Cornell AgriTech Campus. Partial interior renovations include toilet rooms and laboratory areas. Repair to the existing modified bitumen roof is also required. Mechanical renovation includes new air handling units, pumps, and ductwork. Electrical renovation includes electrical risers and floor mounted panels. Fire protection sprinklers will be required for areas being renovated. The Project includes the removal of hazardous materials and will provide upgrades to meet current code and ADA requirements.
