Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Bidder shall furnish all materials, labor, supervision, and expertise required to: a. Remove the existing drywall on the walls adjoining the public lobby and prisoner lobby, the transaction windows at the public counter, and the door leading into the Commissioner's office space. b. Installation: (1) Install level III ballistic panels on the studs of the walls adjoining the public lobby and prisoner lobby. (2) Install new drywall over ballistic panels. (3) Install new level III ballistic door to replace the Commissioner’s office door. i The existing door dimensions are 3’x7’. ii The new ballistic door must be stained and finished to match the existing door. iii The existing door lockset shall be re-used. (4) Install level III bullet resistant glass to replace transaction window at the public counter. c. Furnish and install level III bullet resistant back glazing to the three (3) exterior windows inside of the Commissioner’s office. (1) The dimensions of two (2) windows are 2’x3’ and one (1) window is 2’x4’. d. Mud, sand, prime, and paint the walls after construction is complete. (1) Paint specifications shall be provided by the Contract Manager upon award. e. Transaction window shall: (1) Meet American Disability Act (ADA) requirements. (2) Receive two (2) arched natural voice windows with deal trays. i The deal trays dimensions shall be 16” W x 8” D x 2 ¾” H with a curved bottom. (3) Encompass window frames with clear anodized aluminum. (4) Include the following measurements: i Total window opening: 36”x 79 ½”.
