The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools, and equipment, insurance and bonding necessary, but not limited to completing the Sandy City Monroe Phase VI - North Segment Project which consists of building a 71 foot wide, back of curb, roadway including draining, utilities, lighting, sidewalk, and landscaping from the Monroe Street thru-turn intersection south to the canal crossing. The work includes removal of the existing roadway, widening of the pavement footprint, clearing, grubbing, and debris haul-off, new utility placement (water and storm drain), utility cover reconstructions, concrete work, and landscaping. All these items are described further in the project plans and specifications.
