Furnish and pay for all materials, tools, equipment, labor and other incidental work necessary to complete repairs to the boat ramp and loading dock at Kahana Bay, Hauula, Oahu, Hawaii including demolition, site work, cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete panels, boat ramp side and toe protection, construction of aluminum framed loading dock with plastic lumber fenders, cleats, and FRP decking and appurtenant work as required or called for in this Proposal, all according to the true intent and meaning of the Notice to Bidders, Information and Instructions to Bidders, Proposal, Technical Specifications, Interim General Conditions, Plans, Permitting Documents, and any and all addenda related to this solicitation.
