Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.2. Scope of Work – Painting Services a. Move existing furniture, where applicable, from each work area and replace back to the original location after project completion. b. Cover all furniture and floors with drop cloths or plastic floor covers. c. Remove existing hardware, nails and fixtures on walls. d. Repair and/or patch minor cracks, holes and imperfections on surfaces with appropriate fillers. e. Clean all surfaces to be painted be removing dirt, dust, and grease. f. Paint specified walls per Exhibit A, to include two (2) Judge’s Offices Room Numbers 117 and 118 and one (1) File Storage Room Number 111. Each office measures 14 feet X 20 feet and the File Storage Room measures approximately 130 square feet. g. Painting of trim excluded from this project. h. Contractor responsible for confirming measurements and square feet. i. Color for walls will be determined upon award. j. The high-density files in Room Number 111 will be removed by others before any work is commenced. k. Pictures included of each space can be found under Public Files in Bonfire. 3.3. Scope of Work – Flooring Services a. Remove existing carpet and baseboards from Judge’s Office Room Numbers 117 and 118 and install new LVT Flooring to match Office Room Number 116 per Exhibit A. Approximately 560 square feet. b. Remove existing carpet and baseboards from Corridor Room Number 119 and File Storage Room Number 111 and install new LVT Flooring per Exhibit A. c. Install new rubber cove base in Room Numbers 111, 117, 118 and 119. d. Color of LVT Flooring and Cove Base will be determined upon award. e. Contractor responsible for confirming measurements and square footage. f. The high-density files in Room Number 111 will be removed by others before any work is commenced.
