Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Design services, including all civil, environmental, survey, and structural engineering, necessary for proper building and utility demolition. • All labor, equipment, material, and supervision to isolate and support the crane busway, disconnect utility services, identify, abate, and dispose of hazardous materials, demolish, and dispose of building and utility service materials, remove, and dispose of fencing and contaminated soils, and the installation and maintenance of PAMP field office trailers and portable toilets. • Permitting (with exception of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Section 408 Authorization, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Section 10 and 404 Permit), construction administration, and closeout.
