The selected firm shall provide comprehensive relocation services and consulting as needed and directed by the City for the City’s acquisition, rehabilitation, construction, or loan program activities, including but not limited to the following activities: 2.1 Develop relocation strategies for City projects. 2.2 Provide comprehensive relocation services for property owners and/or tenants affected by the City’s acquisition, rehabilitation, construction, or loan program activities that are subject to the Uniform Act and/or applicable local or state laws, codes, rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, and procedures. 2.3 Provide property inventory services to identify real and personal property. 2.4 Provide other services as requested in support of the City’s property acquisition, rehabilitation, construction, and loan program activities, to ensure compliance with federal, state, or city relocation requirements.
