Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Machine Room: o Supply electrical engineered drawings and permits. o Supply and install disconnect. o Supply and install piping and feed into controller from new disconnect. o Supply and install positive earth ground to main controller. o Supply and install disconnect and feed for VAM (Per ASME 17.1 2019 Code). o Supply and install cab light circuit with lockable disconnect. o Supply and install piping and feed from the load side of the cab light disconnect controller. o Supply and install a machine room GFI outlet. o Supply and install piping for phone line into new controller. o Supply and install auxiliary contact for battery lowering signal wire to elevator controller. o Supply and install disconnect for freight door control systems. o Supply and install lamp guarded fixtures to meet code requirements. o Supply HVAC engineered drawing and permit. o Supply and install new disconnect, GFI outlet, and exterior working light for mini-split system. o Supply and install new mini-split system for heating and cooling to regulate temperature and humidity between 55-degree F and 90-degree F with relative humidity no more than 85% non-condensing in elevator machine room. o Condenser must be located within 25’-50’ of elevator machine room. o Verify power source to elevator is appropriate by testing the main feeder from MCC, if needed, upgrade feeder cables and main breaker. o Inspect power panel to verify source can handle mini-split power requirements. If needed, the panel, or reuse the existing conduit. o Provide all necessary machine room signage and extinguisher(s) as required per code. o General patching, as needed for machine room walls. o Controller – EC Pixel-NEMA 4 o Drive – Regenerative NEMA 4 o Peelle Wireless (Double Line) Controller for power operated freight doors – NEMA 4 o Battery Lowering o Machine Room Wiring o Geared Machine – HW 74 o Car Governo and Tension Sheave – HW 207 o Ascending Car Protection – HW 626 SPL Rope Gripper
