The following scope of work for this project is subject to change: The gymnasium construction is a bond funded Project will serve approximately 250 during athletic events and up to 600 people during events. Key Priorities for the project include: Facility should be safe and secure All modifications should be dependable where repairs can be made by district staff. The facility should include: One full regulation-size basketball wood court with retractable backboards. One full regulation-size volleyball wood court (lines painted within the basketball court) with post holes in the floor. Two half basketball courts that run perpendicular to the main court with retractable backboards. Three full volleyball courts that run perpendicular to the main court with post holes in the floor. One women's restroom with adjacent changing room for teams. One men's restroom with adjacent changing room for teams. One teacher's office with equipment storage. Bleachers installed 1 side of gym, bottom section expands to 250 and then full expansion up to 600. Should include score board and attachments for scoring table. Should include a PA System
