The Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Goods and Services, Procurement Services (“DAS”), on behalf of the Department of Consumer and Business Services (“Agency” or “DCBS”), is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to acquire a Learning Management System (“LMS”) specifically designed for a virtual learning environment which will consolidate all administrative functions, content delivery, reporting, and communication functions within a single service platform. Primary objective is to deliver professional training courses and certification examinations to individuals involved in specialty code plan review inspections. This service will replace current software products and services that DCBS uses to implement its training and certification services.
