Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2 Scope of Work At a minimum, proposal responses to the Scope of Work shall acknowledge compliance with each of the subsections below. If desired, the Contractor may expand on each SOW response and include any additional information to help adequately address each item. The following Scope of Work outlines the expected areas of service and interaction requested by MCCCD of an Employee Wellness Engagement Platform provider. The Wellness Engagement Platform and related services to be performed by the Contractor shall include, but not be limited to: 3.2.1 Employee Engagement. Contractor shall provide a wellness engagement platform that can enhance MCCCD’s Wellness Culture by engaging and motivating employees through the following: a. Features shall be developed by following clinically proven and well-established behavior change models. b. Emphasis shall be on personalization and customization of wellness opportunities and journeys within the platform. c. Platform shall provide accessibility to individuals with disabilities where the website and application are Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA compliant. d. Shall include resources related to the eight (8) dimensions of wellness (e.g., financial, physical, environmental, social, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and occupational) which are key to the MCCCD mission. e. Shall provide a customizable wellness campaign and/or challenges with the ability to differentiate between separate college sites, a combination of college sites, or throughout the entire district. f. Shall include a strong incentive platform that can be customizable and can be linked to payroll and employee benefits. g. Shall include engagement through wellness coaching and face-to-face interaction with subject matter experts. 3.2.2 Customizability. The platform shall be customizable and include but not be limited to the following: a. Events, announcements, and all related communications or resources, etc. b. Branding and logo placement. c. The ability to add MCCCD content (e.g., articles, events, programs) as needed. d. Interface and interact with other wellness apps or programs. e. Interface with claims data to monitor aggregate progress of claim spend and platform utilization. f. Tracking and monitoring of employee personal activities and progress. g. Targeted health improvement programs. h. Access to a content library of health and wellness information from reputable sources that are evidence based and peer reviewed, for example, case studies, webinars, and articles. i. Behavior change programs (e.g., Weight management, tobacco cessation, stress reduction, physical activity adherence, nutrition education, and disease management). j. Disease specific programs and information or resources. k. Age-appropriate screening recommendations and related communications
