The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and permits for construction of a 20' x 20' wood framed building including excavation, utility trenching, structural fill, foundations, stemwalls, floor slab, equipment pad, framing, steel fabrications, metal roofing and siding, powered louvers, hollow metal doors and frame, painting, conduits and other Work as indicated in the Contract Documents. for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents.
