Specifications include, but are not limited to: Responses are requested to provide real estate services for complex commercial and residential multifamily property for MDHA on an as-needed basis. The scope of services to be performed under the resulting contract includes but is not limited to: 2.2.1 Prepare marketing strategy, marketing materials, property listings and contact potential buyers; 2.2.1.1 Recommend listing/offer price of MDHA properties and receive bids/offers; 2.2.1.2 Present and stage walkthroughs and inspections with potential buyers; 2.2.2 Prepare and present potential properties for MDHA to purchase; 2.2.2.1 Evaluate price of potential properties; 2.2.3 Negotiate the purchase/sale/lease of all parcels assigned to the Contractor by MDHA; 2.2.4 Obtain executed purchase agreements; 2.2.5 Advise MDHA, its Board of Commissioners, Executive Director and staff in matters regarding the purchase, offers, claims, counteroffers, discussions and issues pertaining to the purchase/sale/lease of the assigned property or properties; 2.2.6 Attend closings scheduled on purchases/sales by MDHA; 2.2.7 Attend meetings and/or public hearings with MDHA, its Board of Commissioners, Executive Director and staff, including meetings of the MDHA Board of Commissioners and committees; 2.2.8 Assist MDHA and its legal counsel with efforts of obtaining plans, right-of-way maps, titles searches, title commitments, owner’s title policies, appraisals, acquisition and/or eminent domain use in a development; 2.2.9 Provide other real estate services as may be requested by MDHA.
