Specifications include, but are not limited to: BEVERAGE CART: A beverage cart will be provided for use by the Contractor. Beverage Cart Service is expected to be offered at least every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., weather permitting. This service provision will be of mutual benefit to the Contractor with increased beverage sales and an added amenity for golf course patrons. CLUBHOUSE OPERATIONS: Operators shall observe and comply with all of the County’s existing policies. Operator shall not change any of said policies nor institute new policies without first obtaining the written consent of the County. ALCOHOL AND BEER SALES REQUIREMENTS: The successful contractor must obtain Liquor Liability Insurance and the County will hold the certificate. Contractor must hold a current Liquor License. Proposers should note that no beverages can be sold in containers that are made of glass. Sales to underage persons (under 21 years of age) will not be tolerated. Violations of State County or laws, codes, or ordinances with charges by enforcement agencies will be just cause for the County to revoke or to suspend the privilege for the sale of beer, wine or alcohol. Furthermore, these violations may be just cause for contract termination. If beer or alcohol sales are revoked or suspended, there will be no decrease in the monthly revenue fees owed to Chatham County. Contract must obtain a Liquor License within 60 days of being awarded a contract and must show proof of application within seven (7) days of contract award.
