Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide improvements and recommendations to increase safety, accessibility and security for both visitors and employees. b. Propose sensitive demolition and disposal plan for Minnesota Profiles in collaboration with MNHS and artist; c. Perform tree and ornamentals inventory and condition assessment identifying opportunities for intervention, biodiversity, removals, or additions; d. Perform site-wide assessment and repair for sidewalk, curbs and retaining walls; e. Review site irrigation and programming. Develop conservation efforts and repair/replacement plan as needed; f. Re-envision the landscaping at the Kellogg Boulevard vehicle main entry to create a welcoming and inclusive experience; g. Update signage for vehicles and pedestrians to indicate paths of travel; h. Develop alternative mulch and planting plant for parking lot islands and employee parking lot entry; i. Design seating and planting area near employee only entrance; j. Determine new space use for “Birch Island” to include flagpole installation with accent lighting for flagpole
