Contractor shall be responsible for providing all materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and labor required for removal and replacement of suspended ceiling tile in (Unit 1) and (Unit 2) administrative offices, hallways, multi-purpose rooms, day areas and the main hub area at the Chatham County Detention Center. UNIT 1: (approx. total of 15,394 sf.) (a). As per layout in Unit 1 floor plan provided. UNIT 2: (approx. total of 21,699 sf.) (a). As per layout in Unit 2 floor plan provided. 2. Contractor shall examine the conditions under which the suspended ceiling tile work is to be performed and shall immediately notify the Project Manager of any unsatisfactory conditions so that they can be corrected prior to commencement of work. 3. Contractor will be solely responsible to complete a final cleanup of the areas, remove, and dispose all debris. FLOOR PLANS: 1. Measurements and square footage are highlighted. PREPARATION: 1.
