The Sunnyside Unified School district is seeking a comprehensive blended learning (hard copy/webbased technology-integrated) delivery system with instructional content that includes the following components: 1. Interactive software 2. Research-based assessments with multiple forms 3. Alignment to the skills and knowledge outlined by the Arizona 2019 ELPS 4. Connections to the Arizona English Language Assessment (AZELLA) in the domains of reading, writing, listening, and speaking 5. The developmentally appropriate content for students in grades 1-12 6. Appropriate cultural sensitivity and diversity 7. Ability to provide a student profile to assist in planning for language instruction that includes item analysis specific to language proficiency standards 8. Direct, explicit multi-tiered instructional suggestions based on the results of the assessment 9. Flexibility to address multiple proficiency levels regardless of age/grade level 10. Research outcomes that demonstrate the effectiveness of the program with student populations similar in demographics to the Sunnyside Unified School District 11. Professional development component to ensure effective program implementation 12. Web-based student data management system that may be integrated with the district's SIS.(PowerSchool) 13. A variety of report types, levels and formats that are user-friendly for the end user at the district, school, and classroom levels 14. Ability to export data for analysis. 15. Ongoing technical support 16. Real-time data analytics on usage, progress, and assessments 17. Content-related instructional materials to develop academic language skills in multiple content areas (math, reading, science, social studies).
