The City of Cleveland, Tennessee is requesting qualifications from qualified and experienced consultants to perform a Sports Facility Feasibility Study. The essential purpose of the study will be to establish the viability of a new multi-use indoor sports facility to host tournaments and become an attraction for tourism to the community in order to drive economic activity, increase hotel stays, and direct spending to community businesses. The study should systematically assess the existing regional sports facilities, general sports tourism market conditions for the region, opportunities for sports tourism for Cleveland, facility needs, funding analysis, and economic impact of a potential new indoor sports facility, including baseball/softball facility or an indoor/outdoor aquatic center. The study is expected to be completed and delivered to the City Manager within 3 months after award.
