Specifications include, but are not limited to: Richland School District Two hereby provides notice that it intends to enter into a sole source contract per Richland School District Two Code §11-35-1560 with Vendor for the following supplies, services, information technology, or construction: Rycor Solutions_ Fee Payment System Rycor is the District’s current online fee payment system. This system is used for a variety of services to include but not limited to: create and receive payment of student fees, create, share, manage and distribute customizable forms. This system provides an approval workflow system for fee management. This system allows parents to log into the student’s account via the student information system, Parent Portal. The system has the capability of viewing and paying fees to include any outstanding balances of all of their children with one single transaction. The system has direct integration with the District’s ERP system, EMS Linq for a seamless transfer of data. It is crucial for the District to maintain Rycor to preserve significant historical data and to sustain the method of debt collection the District has established for the past several years. Rycor provides a proprietary and unique application programming interface (API) which Richland Two has leveraged to develop a custom integration with our ticketing system in order to automatically post fees resulting from technology incidents. While it is possible that systems similar to Rycor may have similar capabilities, the integration is designed specifically for the Rycor API, and replacing it will require redevelopment in our ticketing system.
