To provide field services for ATG upgrades and UST services as outlined in the tasks below. The scope of work covered under each task shall be limited only to areas of compliance pertaining to underground petroleum storage tanks. The detailed tasks are described below. Contractors are responsible for all supplies and material associated with the repairs below. 1. B20 DSL (barn)-Drum Water-Tank #11 Remove and drum the water in the existing sump. 2. 600-gallon diesel tank (D-wing #9) - Install split boots Install one (1) split ICON boot on the supply and return lines and one (1) split ICON boot at the Petrometer tank gauge line. 3. 600-gallon diesel tank (D-wing #10) -Install split boots Install one (1) split ICON boot on the supply and return lines and one (1) split ICON boot at the Petrometer tank gauge line. 4. 10,000-gallon diesel tank (engine room) - Install split boots and gasket-Tank #8 Remove and drum the water in the existing transition sump. Install new sump gasket and bolts. Investigate and tighten union(s) in the diesel STP sump. Replace torn entry boot in the STP sump with split ICON boot. Install one (1) ICON boot in the transition sump. 5. 2,000-gallon gasoline tank (hospital) - New Boots at the STP sump and Dispenser Sump-Tank #7 Install new split entry boots at the dispenser sump and STP sump. Temporarily remove the dispenser and set aside for reinstallation. Reinstall the dispenser. Hydro tests the dispenser sumps tank sumps and drain water.
