Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Employ a manager and backup manager located at the Contractor’s local office. B. Employ a minimum of 5 field-techs who must pass a security background check. C. Maintain a local office located within a 35-mile radius from 180 East Main St., Hillsboro, OR 97123. D. Obtain pre-approval from the County’s Contract Administrator for all subcontractors who must pass a security background check if work is to be performed in a secure area. E. Complete specific work orders that include a work-plan for each project based on specifications provided by the County’s Contract Administrator or the County’s environmental consultant. F. The environmental services requested for this proposal include, but are not limited to, the following list of contract services: 1. Underground Storage Tank (UST) and / Above ground Storage Tank (AST) Removal and Decommission 2. Contaminated Soil Excavation (petroleum and other) 3. Removal of Sludge and Liquid 4. On-Site Soil Treatment and Management 5. Groundwater Remediation and Installation 6. Industrial Cleaning and Facility Restoration 7. Primary Spill Response for Petroleum and Hazardous Materials on Land or Water 8. Asbestos Abatement 9. Mold Abatement 10. Lead-Based Paint Removal
