Specifications include, but are not limited to: performance of the day-to-day operations and maintenance for the Service Center and the Consolidated Lab facility, as defined herein. The Contractor shall provide all the management, supervision, personnel, materials, repair parts, tools, transportation, engineering support, and equipment necessary for the effective and timely accomplishment of the required services. All parts or components installed, or improvements made by the Contractor during the term of this Contract shall become and remain the property of the Commission. The Contractor may be required to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs including emergency service response after hours as specified herein. The Contractor shall responsibly and safely manage all their materials and supplies required to meet the level of service and requirements of this Contract. In accordance with SOW Number 32 Safety, the Contractor shall properly store all supplies and materials at each facility and maintain all Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all materials and supplies stored on Commission property. Such files shall be made available for review upon request by the Project Manager (“PM”). In addition, the Contractor shall maintain a complete set of up to date SDS books for all Contractor provided materials in the buildings in accordance with OSHA requirements.
