Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lube System Requirements 6.2.1 Install all lube lines from lube tanks to designated area. Lube Lines must be seamless steel tubing with medium pressure ball valves on both ends. Must use Steel Fittings. Piston pumps must have strainer and check valves installed at the bottom of the suction stubs. Please refer to the attached drawing and plans. (Attachment title “Lube System Equipment”) 6.2.2 Mount bilateral service column to floor. Must be a single mount post with drip trays built in. Please refer to the attached drawing and plans. (Attachment title “Lube System Equipment”) 6.2.3 Install wireless control system with software that includes metered control handles. Must include all components for the installation. Control system will be installed in both the insisting fleet building and new Quick Service Shop. Enabling of the distribution system will be activated in the Napa Store of the Fleet Building. All fluid distribution will be in the new Quick Service Building. Please refer to the attached drawing and plans. (Attachment title “Lube System Equipment”) 6.3 Used Oil System Requirements 6.3.1 Provide and install a used oil collection kit as indicated on attached drawing and plans. Vendor must run lines to customer furnished waste oil tank and install a tank overflow valve. Vendor responsible for all connecting piping, venting, valving, and safeties. (Attachment title “Used Oil System Equipment”) 6.4 Air System Requirements 6.4.1 Provide and install coated aluminum air lines for (8) reels. Must be a complete 1½” loop with ¾” drops at the specified locations. Must have ball valves on all ends. Must have safety couplers on reel hose end. See attached drawing for drop locations.
