Leveling, patching and sealing cracks as necessary in the base surface, Repair all structural cracks with E330 crack filler and install multi layered Rite Way crack repair system over all structural cracks (1/16” or larger) that incorporates micro sealant moisture barrier over cracks. 2. Apply at least 3 coats of Acrytech or approved equal product for tennis and pickle ball surfaces. 3. Scarify uneven areas, patch and level. 4. Stripe 23 tennis courts and 8 junior courts with one coat of primer and two coats of texturized white line paint and restripe junior lines like current and pickle ball lines like current. 5. Sand and paint net posts, re-hang nets. 6. Install 119’ of French drain on south end of Pickle Ball Courts. 7. Install 216’ of French drain on south end of courts 19-22. 8. Install 331’ of French drain on south end of courts 13-18 and 290’ of black pipe. Note – 40’ of concrete will be cut and patched. 9. 331’ of French drain on the north end of courts 7 -12 and 430’ of black pipe (40’ of concrete may need to be cut or patched). 10. 331’ of French drain on the south end of courts 1-6 and 430’ of black pipe 40’ of concrete may have to be cut or patched. 11.Clean the job work site and leave the courts ready for play. 12.
