Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove and properly dispose of the current 75 lbs. electric dryer. Provide new Electrolux T41200 electric dryer with a capacity of 135 lbs. Must confirm manufacturer, model, capacity, and warranty information on pricing page. Additional Requirements that must be met for the Dryer Specifications: o Drying cycle must be able to dry 2 full loads per hour. o Dryer must have an emergency stop button. o Dryer must have a temperature and time selection. o Dryer must have a stainless-steel drum. o Dryer must have Residual Moisture Control. o Dryer connection must meet electrical voltage requirements of 480 3-phase. Contractor will be responsible to deliver new electric dryer, uncrate, transport the dryer from delivery vehicle to laundry room and install in place. Contractor will remove all trash from site and dispose of properly. Contractor will be responsible to install new dyer. Contract will remove old section of 8” venting approximately 18’ in total length. Contractor will supply and install new vent pipe to existing lint trap system, a Clean Cycle System OPL-306, as required. Contractor will connect new dryer to the existing lint trap system, a Clean Cycle System OPL-306, as required. Electrical work will be performed by others and completed before the arrival of the new dyer. Expanding the existing opening in the wall will be performed by others. Vendor must supply the opening requirements. Contractor is responsible for startup of new dryer and ensure the system is working properly before leaving the jobsite. Alternate 1: Supply and install a Clean Cycle System CC-104-2335 Aluminum lint canister with adaptor for the existing OPL-306 lint trap to be included on the Pricing Page.
