• Two buses will be used for all trips for each sport, except football/band. Football/band will require at least 9 buses for each away trip, however, there will be at least one weekend when football/band requires up to 18 buses. • All buses must be 2018 or newer. • All buses must include the following equipment in working condition: - GPS - Must have HDMI ports available to passengers, not necessarily every seat. - Motorcoach must be clean, comfortable, liberal storage areas, reading lights (one at every seat). At least one of each of the following must be provided on each bus: working stereo and PA systems, DVDs and emergency cellular phone. • Supplier must be able to provide a 24-hour contact name and telephone number for emergencies. • The Supplier shall be responsible for all repairs and maintenance unless LSU damages the bus. • The Supplier must allow up to 4 buses to be decaled using a design approved by the LSU Athletic Department. Decals will be limited to LSU emblems and marks. The cost of decals, installation & removal of the decals will be paid for by LSU Athletics.
