Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Report for duty on time and properly uniformed and equipped for their assignment. 2. Greet persons as they enter the building and make a professional inquiry as to providing assistance and information. 3. Utilize all TU provided equipment and systems as instructed and trained. Maintain records for accountability and use of the equipment. 4. Conduct random checks of the buildings CCTV camera systems and monitor throughout their tour of duty. 5. Ensure that existing operational directives and procedures are followed. 6. Interact with TU police supervisor and dispatch center concerning ongoing conditions during the shift as well as any unusual instances warranting additional TU resources or assistance. 7. Respond as timely and appropriately, as needed, to TU police requests for information and/or assistance. 8. Submit all required reporting as directed prior to the end of their shift. 9. Remain in compliance with and follow all TU policies, directives and procedures as instructed and trained. 10. Remain in compliance with all Federal, State and local laws and regulations.
