Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Partnering with ODHS staff to gather information via interviews, focus groups or surveys with interest holders among ODHS programs, subcontractors, Tribal leaders, and key partners to assess risks, benefits, and readiness to adopt CIE; b. Reviewing legal, technical, and data governance considerations for supporting CIE among ODHS programs with high degree of readiness for adopting CIE; c. Documenting ODHS staff workload considerations for CIE among ODHS programs with high degree of readiness for adopting CIE; d. Recommending action steps and timeline for CIE implementation among ODHS programs with high degree of readiness for adopting CIE; e. Identifying resources necessary to implement CIE among ODHS programs with high degree of readiness for adopting CIE; f. Creating a report detailing the above components and an accompanying executive summary slide deck; and g. Presenting assessment findings to ODHS leadership.
