The tarp must be constructed from carbon fiber. Carbon fiber material must be temperature resistance to 2,730 Fahrenheit or greater. Dimensions of the Tarp must be at least 19x26 Feet. Tarp must have all major seams reinforced with at least 3 separate material seam guards. Seam guards must be constructed with a silicone coated fiberglass material. All silicone coated fiberglass materials must be temperature resistance to 1,112 Fahrenheit or greater. All major seams connecting the seam guards and seams to the tarp must be sewn using a triple stich pattern. All major seams must be sewn with steel reinforced with Kevlar thread. The two exterior seam guards will be 1.2 inches wide. The center seam guard will be 2 inches wide. All Seam guards must be orange in color. Tarps edges must have edge protection. Edge protection must be silicone coated fiberglass materials. Tarps must have 8 hand holds constructed of silicone coated fiberglass materials. Three of the hand holds must be Green. Three of the hand holds must be Red. Two of the hand holds must be Yellow. The two yellow hand holds must be attached between 11.5 feet and 14.5 feet on each of the long sides of the tarp. All hand holds must be 24 inch total material, but 12 inch when folded and secured to the blanket. All hand holds also require that they be stitched in a "box X" pattern, twice. Tarps must have grommets. Grommets must be at least 1.5 inches. A minimum of 8 grommets per tarp. Tarp shall be supplied in a storage bag. The storage bag must include shoulder “backpack style” shoulder carry straps. The storage bag shall include handles for ease in transfer.
