The bidder agrees to supply all materials and labor necessary to complete the entire project. Upon bid award, the contractor will order the necessary supplies and install in a timely manner. 1) The Town has purchased a new sign that will be mounted on granite posts in the Town Hall lawn. 2) The electronic sign being bid will be mounted directly below the new sign (see attached graphic) 3) The proposed sign will be 2’ x 6” double sided, cirrus electronic display. 4) Successful bidder to provide all mounting hardware and mount the sign. 5) The Town will bring electricity to the site. 6) Bidder to provide software and training for operation of sign. 7) Bid Option 1: 9mm with 12,288 pixels each side 8) Bid Option 2: 6mm with 27,648 pixels each side 9) Bids shall be submitted on the attached form.
