Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Site demolition and applicable haul off as indicated in the project specifications. • Establishment and maintenance of erosion control per permitted plans throughout the duration of the project • Grading and construction of stormwater conveyance systems per permitted plans. • Lighting and camera installation and subsequent turn over/connection to the City of Atlanta Police Department (APD) and the City of Atlanta • Construction of a multi-use path as outlined in the drawings. • Construction of the elevated bridge over CSX. • Fiber duct bank installation • Site walls • Landscaping to be furnished and installed outside of CM’s contract; however, the CM shall coordinate with ABI and/or third-party contractor on this effort.
