• Architectural/Engineering design, Structural design, Hazardous Material design. • Design and construction documents with review submissions to the Campus at SD, DD and CD, including a construction estimate at each design phase. • Site visit and field verification of existing elevator shaft and equipment as it pertains to the renovation. • Hazardous Material Survey. • Analysis of existing structure. • Proposed project schedule identifying long lead time items and pre-purchase of equipment if necessary to meet the strict construction schedule. • A separate specification book if deemed necessary for the pre-purchases. • Adhere to campus standards to include but not limited to: two-way communication system and cameras. • Responsible for answering any pre-bid RFIs, contractor walk-through, post-bid review and recommendation during the bidding phase. • General administration of construction contracts using Campus provided Project Management software processing submittals, RFIs, change proposals etc. • Provide continuous conformed contract drawings and specifications (typically monthly) that capture RFIs, Change Proposals, Job Drawings, and ASIs. • Provide project closeout submittals and as-built drawings in high-resolution electronic format. • Provide a record set in high-resolution electronic format.
