Each year the DERR can provide the contractor with the following data: the PST Fund’s claim experience, the PST Fund’s annual revenue and expense history, information regarding the physical characteristics of the covered tank population, federal and state laws and regulations, copies of historical PST Fund actuarial reports, and other relevant information from the Utah petroleum storage tank program. 1. The Contractor shall project the future of the PST Fund’s cash balance as of June 30, 2024, along with a ten-year projection. 2. The Contractor shall calculate the liability for open unsettled claims as of June 30, 2024, and as of the next ten fiscal years. 3. The Contractor shall provide a comparison of the cost for cleanup of ASTs and USTs as data for those costs becomes available. 3. The Contractor shall provide an electronic copy and four bound copies of the final report. The Department of Environmental Quality reserves the right to make copies of the report as needed. 4. The PST Fund actuarial report must be completed by the end of September of each year. 5. The effect of the addition of covering APSTs is currently having and is projected to have on the PST Fund’s cash balance each year. 7. Additional services as requested. This may include things like the preparation of cost estimates and analysis of the impact to reserves resulting from proposed legislation.
