The Successful Offeror shall: 1. Actively participate in the planning and design of the charging infrastructure at each site to provide input regarding the location, operation and design of the charging infrastructure to be furnished by the County. 2. Provide input on EV charging infrastructure to maximize customer experience and opportunities. 3. Furnish and install the specified EV charging units at the seven locations within 30 days of delivery of the finished site infrastructure. 4. Operate the EV charging units in a safe and responsible manner for patronage of the public at large. 5. Provide transactional services to collect charging usage fees from users. 6. Offer competitive pricing to patrons based on prevailing local market EV charging rates. 7. Maintain a 97% annual operational uptime for each EV charging unit as defined in 23 CFR 680.116(b)(1). 8. Provide web-based and phone-based customer service support during the charging station’s hours of operation. 9. Provide on-site signage displaying customer service contact channels via phone, website, and live chat. 10. Provide a secure web-based user interface to allow specified County employees to monitor charger utilization through real-time and point-in-time data. 11. Provide revenue sharing with the County. 12. Provide support to research future expansion opportunities and assistance in identifying additional funding opportunities to grow the County’s charging network. 13. Provide additional EV charging units, as needed by the County, identified through research for future expansion
