Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Coordinate the SKCP by maintaining and strengthening partner engagement and commitment through effective communication, broad stakeholder engagement, and planning efforts to target priority strategies. 2. Facilitate the implementation of the CAP by developing collaborative projects, identifying funding opportunities, and supporting implementation. 3. Support actions that address priority threats to South Kohala’s coastal and marine life, including providing technical support to projects, participating in research, and promoting partner initiatives. 4. Scale up the action and impact of the SKCP by identifying opportunities to share processes and assist with the scoping opportunities for the development of an additional coastal partnership in another district in West Hawaiʻi. Deliverables: 1. Progress report using a template provided by the State by September 30, 2024. 2. Final comprehensive report using template provided by the State by the end of the period of performance. 3. Compilation of all materials generated over the course of the project, including the comprehensive report.
