Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project will consist of storm structure repair, sidewalk installation/repair and maintenance at various locations throughout the City of Alpharetta. Work will include furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment for infrastructure maintenance and drainage repairs including, but not limited to the demolition and replacement of structure tops and throats, the demolition and replacement of curb and gutter, the demolition and replacement of sidewalk, the demolition and replacement of drainage structures and manholes, the grouting of manholes, the performance of general maintenance to existing structures, the removal and restoration of landscaping, all required traffic control, and the performance of other work related to drainage improvements. The projects will be assigned in larger task orders which can include various locations and several different types of infrastructure repairs. There is no guaranteed work if a contract is awarded.
