Remove existing DEF Pump Equipment. Install new equipment and connect to fuel master system. This is a turnkey project, Contractor Shall include all incidentals to have a fully functioning and operating DEF pump including but not limited to, electrical work and any concrete pad that might need to be poured for the new pump. Equipment to be provided by contractor and installed by contractor to make a fully functioning turnkey project include the following: Components: 1500 Gallon DEF Tank, Double walled or with other secondary containment with a capacity equal to tank capacity and protected from accumulation of rainwater. Insulated tank and/or enclosure Thermostatic heater to maintain fluid temperature above freezing at a minimum ambient temperature of 0° Fahrenheit Automatic shut-off valve to prevent tank overfill Two dispensers with pulsers as required for Fuelmaster integration equipped with 20’ of hose, breakaways, and automatic shut-off nozzles Fuelmaster FMU to be located near the dispensers Automatic Dusk to Dawn LED light fixture to illuminate dispensing area Safety bollards 1) Set tank in place on existing pad, and install (8) 4” bollards around tank 2)Acquire electrical permits and provide electrical wiring from panel to Fuelmaster and tank. 3) Connect pulser wiring from tank to Fuelmaster unit. 4) Install required Fuelmaster components and test for proper operation. 5) Any software configuration needs to be included in pricing
