Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The work includes the supply and installation of all components, specified or not, for a complete and working IP Camera System with the School Administration building that will run off of the School districts existing NVR located inside the High School Server room. B. The SCOPE includes, but is not limited to, the supply and installation of: 1. Cameras. 2. Enclosures and mounts. 3. Network Video Switches including Muni-mode SFP Modules. Switches shall be Dell N3024 or its newest replacement model. 4. Milti-mode SFP Modules for existing switch inside High School Server Room (hp 1920-48G POE+) 5. Required patch Cables. 6. All necessary software Licenses. 7. 1 Rackmount UPS units capable of supplying power to Camera Switches. 8. Workstation with 2 monitors (one 24-inch desk mount and one 42-inch wall mount) for monitoring the system located as front desk. 9. Software installation and configuration. 10. Hardware install and configuration. C. The supply and installation of camera cabling including fiber where needed will be provided by others. D. Bidder responsible for the termination of system cabling, as needed Including Fiber. E. Identification and labeling of all system cables. F. Testing of all devices and cables. G. Provide camera adjustments prior to acceptance test at no addition cost to the town. The Bidder shall provide the latest model of equipment available at the time of installation. EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: A. The equipment shall consist of new IP cameras. A variety of camera housings and mounts shall be required to fulfill the complex requirements due to the wide range of physical conditions. B. New cameras will consist of fixed, 180 degrees, transmitting images over a dedicated network to be provided by the Bidder. C. Cameras will be connected to the switches in the IDF via Category 6e cabling. With the use of Power over Ethernet Switches (bidder provided). D. All Cameras shall have “night vision” capable of seeing in darkness. E. All switches for cameras shall be the make and model of NETGEAR 48 PORT GS348PP (380 Watt) ore newest model. And shall all have POE+ ports. F. All Switches shall have SFP Modules capable of mutli-mode fiber connection and must have a successful link between IDF and Camera switch located in High school Server Room.
