Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for the Big Creek Hatchery Main Pipeline Replacement (“Project”) for the benefit of the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (the “Contract”). The work contemplated under this Contract (the “Work”) includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Contractor shall provide all necessary expertise, labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and permits required to complete the Project as more fully described in the Contract Documents, including: The replacement of the main pipeline at Big Creek Hatchery and construction of a retaining wall including but not limited to: 1. Demolition as indicated on the Plans or as needed. 2. Install new HDPE piping and associated bedding. 3. Installation of new valves and gates with associated hardware.
