Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Approval from the New Jersey Department of Education to operate as a contracting education organization (clinic or Agency) • Follow NJDOE Speech Evaluation guidelines outlined in the NJDOE Guidelines for Auxiliary and Remedial Service (Chapter 192 and 193) for Nonpublic School Students • Provide staff licensed by the NJ Department of Education with “Student Personnel Services” certificates in sufficient numbers so that each school will be serviced in a timely manner. • All contracted staff servicing the nonpublic school students must submit to and pass the fingerprinting and criminal record clearance required by the State of New Jersey to interact with students in a school • Provide services during the day from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm. Evaluations will be conducted within the school environment, during normal school hours, whenever feasible.
