Specifications include, but are not limited to: The required services to be provided are HVAC maintenance and repair services at the HHSC Region 02 – Vernon, TX facility. The Contractor shall provide HVAC repair and installation services on an as-needed basis and in response to emergency calls related to air-conditioning or heating problems on the seven (7) commercial HVAC units on-site see Exhibit F – Equipment List. The Contractor shall provide quarterly HVAC unit filter changes, to be completed in October, January, April, and July. The Contractor shall cover the furnishings and floor area located below the HVAC equipment with tarps or plastic sheeting prior to commencing work. The Contractor shall clean all areas of scrap materials, dirt, dust, and debris generated in performance of the service at the time the service is provided and leave the work area clean and free of materials, debris, and Contractor equipment to the satisfaction of the designated HHSC representative.
