Services performed under this contract include the testing of drinking water, wastewater, wastewater biosolids, solids, liquids, hazardous waste and/or air matrices for physical measurements, inorganic chemicals, organic chemicals, radio-chemicals, chronic toxicity, microbiological constituents, and other related environmental laboratory testing services as deemed necessary by the City of Yuma. Contractors may propose to provide analytical testing services in any one matrix (such as water) or in multiple matrices or in all matrices. Please see Attachment B for an explanation of the various testing matrices. Contractor must provide sample kits containing Chain of Custody forms, appropriate sample containers, appropriate shipping containers (coolers) and Blue Ice (if Blue Ice is utilized by the laboratory). The Contractor must have a solid reporting mechanism that accurately tracks and itemizes costs for the various analyses performed by each laboratory.
