Stakeholder engagement and Communication (internal and external) ○ Ensure that project stakeholders are engaged and fully informed of all relevant information to support the forward momentum of the project ○ Identify when feedback and engagement is needed to develop the plan and describe approaches to meaningful engagement by stakeholders ○ Present, in coordination with district staff, progress reports and draft proposals to district leadership at key points during the planning and approval process. Costs and benefits for electric buses and related charging infrastructure ○ Include evaluation of projected costs at each phase, net cost through incentives and rebates, and total cost. Also provide relevant cost savings and community and environmental benefits of the plan, once implemented. Funding Sources ○ Outline a funding plan with sources that could include but are not limited to available bond funding and other internal funding mechanisms, plus external funding sources including federal and state grants, also public/private partnerships.
