Courier shall deliver and pick-up confidential court documents from the locations listed below and shall deliver them to the OPA Administrative Section between 4:20 PM and 4:30 PM AKST on the same business day as indicated below excluding state holidays. • District Attorney’s Office, 310 K St. #520 (Monday – Friday); • Adult Probation, Pre-sentence Unit 310, K St. #508 (Only when OPA notifies that there is a pick-up); • Office of Special Prosecutions and Appeals, 310 K St. #308 (Only when OPA notifies that there is a pick-up); • Court of Appeals, Old Courthouse, 303 K St. #508 (Only when OPA notifies that there is a pick-up); • Criminal Court/Civil Court, Nesbitt Courthouse, 825 W. 4th Ave., 1st floor (Monday – Friday); • Tape Duplication Requests, Nesbitt Courthouse, 825 W. 4th Ave., 1st floor (Monday – Friday); • Appeals Division, Nesbitt Courthouse, 825 W. 4th Ave., 1st floor (Monday – Friday); • Judges Chambers, Nesbitt Courthouse, 825 W. 4th Ave., 4th, 5th, or 6th floor depending on assigned judge (Monday – Friday); • Probate Court/Children’s; Nesbitt Courthouse, 825 W 4th Ave., Basement • Judicial Services, Nesbitt Courthouse, 825 W. 4th Ave., Basement at SW end of hallway (every other Friday only); • Attorney General’s Office, 1031 W. 4th Ave., Ste. 200; • Public Defender Agency, 900 W. 5th Ave., Ste. 200; Office of Public Advocacy, Reception Desk, 900 W. 5th Ave., First Floor; Ste. 525.
