Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Patch and repair exterior concrete surfaces and concrete rustication with hand applied Portland cement, and repair mortar. B. Chip required repair areas to sound concrete per repair mortar Manufacturer’s specifications. C. Prime all exposed reinforcing steel with Sika Armatec 110 Epocem or equivalent product per the Manufacturer's specification. D. Remove aggregate finish and existing sealant at all sills to sound concrete per repair mortar Manufacturer’s specifications. Prepare sills for new metal flashing at all windows and louvers beginning from the 2nd floor and above. E. Provide and install new metal flashing into new sill blocking with continuous sealant. F. Scrape, clean, prepare, and provide new continuous sealant at ALL exterior cracks building verify in field. G. Sealant replacement is for exterior building components only and does not include site components. H. Provide cleaners, primers, backer rod, etc. as required for a complete installation. I. Where the term “Sealant” is used throughout these documents it shall also include backer rod, bond breaker, primer, etc. whether specifically stated or not. J. Do not cover weep holes (building and windows) with sealant.
