Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Provide all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary for the sidewalk and paving improvements at the State Capitol Complex; 2) Submit all requisite documentation and submittals prior to the commencement of the project and throughout the duration of the project; 3) Replace existing sidewalk in locations proposed in the project design plans and specifications with new concrete sidewalks, matching existing elevations; 4) Replace existing roadway in locations proposed in the project design plans and specifications with new roadway, matching existing elevations; 5) Furnish and install concrete paver surface sidewalks constructed on a concrete base and paver bedding material and base in the locations and to the dimensions and details as specified in the project design plans and specifications or as directed by the project engineer; 6) Replace any catch basins as specified in the project design plans and specifications with new catch basins; 7) Furnish, install, clean, maintain, replace, and remove sedimentation control systems at all existing and proposed catch basins specified in the project design plans and specifications; 8) Furnish and install special trench drains in the locations and to the dimensions and details specified in the project design plans and specifications or as directed by the project engineer; 9) Furnish and placing grass seed as specified in the project design plans and specifications or as directed by the project engineer; 10) Provide and install raised concrete planters with stone veneer and concrete footings as specified in the project design plans or as directed by the project engineer
