Specifications include, but are not limited to: The McKinnis Reclamation Project will abate approximately 3,450 linear feet of dangerous highwall hazards along roads. Some of these consist of very steep drops into water filled pits, which are a potential hazard to persons traveling the roads. Reclamation will consist of filling and grading the water hazards and steep highwalls, installing culverts and a low water crossing, construction of a pond and channel, cofferdam installation, and construction of wetlands. Construction work included in the Project consists of the following general classifications of work: 1. Site clearing and/or removal and disposal of debris 2. Grading of spoil and other materials 3. Placement of culverts and rock 4. Mitigation for T&E Species 5. Cleanup and revegetation
